* ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

FOR OLD PUPILS/STUDENTS
  1. Pre-register via the school’s website for enrolment reservation
  2. Upon the start of enrolment period, visit the school’s admin office for the confirmation of enrolment
  3. Get a copy of the List of School Fees for the SY
  4. Pay for the minimum amount needed upon enrolment
  5. Check your name on the official list of students in the school website

FOR TRANSFEREES-IN

  1. Pre-register via the school’s website for enrolment reservation
  2. Upon the start of enrolment period, visit the school’s admin office for the confirmation of enrolment
  3. Take the school’s admission test
  4. Fill out the Enrolment Form
  5. Submit all required documents (e.g., Original Report Card, Good Moral Certificate, PSA Birth Certificate, etc.)
  6. Get a copy of the List of School Fees for the SY
  7. Pay for the minimum amount needed upon enrolment
  8. Check your name on the official list of students in the school website

* ONLINE ENROLLMENT

  5. Get a copy of the List of School Fees for the SY
  6. Pay for the minimum amount needed upon enrolment
  7. Check your name on the official list of students in the school website

REQUIREMENT FOR ENROLLMENT: (For New Entrants and Transferees)

  1. Accomplished Enrollment Form
  2. Original Report Card
  3. NCAE Result (for Grade 11 only)
  4. PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  5. Certificate of Good Moral
  6. QVR/ESC Certificate (For private school completers only)
